These terms govern your use of Home Surgeon services. By requesting a quote or engaging our tradespeople, you agree to the following conditions.
Home Surgeon provides home maintenance, repair, and improvement services across Bristol and the South West of England. All work is carried out by qualified tradespeople in accordance with applicable UK building regulations and industry standards.
Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Additional work identified during a job will be discussed and agreed before proceeding. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Emergency call-outs may incur a cancellation fee if cancelled after dispatch.
Home Surgeon holds public liability insurance covering work undertaken at your property. We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on completed repairs unless otherwise noted. Insurance certificates are available on request.
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, hidden conditions, or damage caused by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
